Cable TV Service Complaint?

Cable Commission Meetings
The public is invited to attend all Cable TV meetings and provide input and share their thoughts regarding the operation and maintenance of the Cable Television System.  Programming concerns will be forwarded to the Cable Company for their review.  Issues of service quality are of concern to the Commission.

The Commission does not directly regulate the Cable Franchisee but rather enforces the Franchise Agreement that allows the Cable Company to provide service to residents to the cities of Breezy Point, Pequot Lakes and Jenkins and Pelican and Jenkins Townships.

Maybe you didn't know it but Pelican Township has entered the world of high-tech.  Cable TV service is available in many parts of the Township from Charter Communications, based in Brainerd.  Emergency notifications including weather alerts are sent to viewers through the Cable TV programming.  Coverage of our meetings is not currently available on Cable TV.  A variety of programming options are offered.
