Road Report: J. Johnson met with Mission Township and they will now tar and mow the sides of the road and we will do the snowplowing. T. Rice has not heard anything from Anderson Brothers or the DNR on the Sunset Valley Rd. Project. Mark Meixner gave T. Rice a letter as to what he wanted in exchange for taking fill from his property across from Wallins South Shore Dr. to straighten the road out there. Meixner felt we didn’t put in enough tar by his driveway when we tarred that portion of the road, and said he had to put cement all the way down, he wants $900.00 in exchange.  T. Rice said road maintenance person stated the tractor has started acting up again, he has it out to see if he can fix it.

Committee Reports: Sanitary Service District still holding meetings. Attorneys now tell them they can’t organize under 116A- they have to assess the cost to all the county instead of by district. B.
